1. Subscription Refunds

BOFFO offers subscription-based services processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with BOFFO within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Contact us at support@boffofinance.com with your request
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

3. After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment
  • After 14 days, you may request a prorated refund within the first 3 months
  • After 3 months, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access for the full year

5. Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues that prevent you from using BOFFO, we may offer:

  • Account credits for service disruptions
  • Prorated refunds for extended outages
  • Free subscription extensions

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@boffofinance.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

7. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund disbursement. When a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
